When can I expect my order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Kindly include clear photos of the damaged item(s) in your message. Please do not return anything before speaking with our customer service team. We’ll ensure a suitable solution is arranged promptly.
I ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or I want to return it – what now?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service first at support@lilianpipe.com. We'll help you find the best solution. If a return is necessary, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
