Received a Faulty Item? We’re sorry to hear that. Occasionally, items may be damaged during transit. In such cases, we do not offer a refund, but we will send you a free replacement. Please email us and we'll resolve the matter promptly.

Lost Package If your parcel gets lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send you a replacement free of charge. If the parcel has still not arrived 60 days after dispatch, we will issue a full refund.
