Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS CONDITIONS

You have the right to return items within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unused Items: All items must be unused and in original condition, including all labels and tags.

  • Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • No Signs of Use: Returned products must not show any signs of wear or use.

  • Return Address – China: As our goods are shipped from China, returns must also be sent to our warehouse in China.

Please note: If your returned items do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return. This includes items that appear used or damaged through no fault of ours.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS

  • Tracking Required: Please ensure your return parcel includes a tracking number. We cannot issue refunds for parcels lost in transit without tracking.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and process your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after completion. After that, fulfillment begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
